To be eligible to submit a claim for a lower price under our Best Price Guarantee, you must have completed the full payment for your reservation and received a valid confirmation number from us. You must reach out to us within 24 hours after making your purchase or booking to initiate a claim ("Claim"). The lower price you're comparing must be currently available for purchase at the time you contact us, as determined solely by our customer service representatives. All qualifying purchases or bookings must be conducted using a valid credit card.
The lower price must pertain to an identical product or booking, as determined solely by our judgment. All the particulars of the product or booking must precisely match the details of the product or booking made through us. This includes specific details such as the carrier or provider (including class of service), the hotel (including room type), the rental car company and vehicle class, the applicable refund policy, travel or service dates and times, routing (e.g., same stopovers), the specific merchandise, wine, golf, box office tickets, or other lifestyle product, as well as other purchase or booking specifics, including cancellation policies. Our Best Price Guarantee remains in effect for up to 24 hours after your booking. To be eligible, you must discover a price lower than our combined value within this 24-hour window, and you'll need to provide verifiable evidence of the public availability of this lower price. If you find a price that's more than one dollar lower than our combined value and your request is approved, we will match that lower price and credit your account with 110% of the price difference in the form of VacationCredits. Please note that you will be responsible for any change or cancellation fees. The Best Price Guarantee is exclusively applicable to identical products and must adhere to the specific criteria for a precise match, as detailed below. This guarantee is valid only for prices publicly advertised and available to the general public. Additionally, the product you wish to purchase must be in stock at the time of your claim. When evaluating overall prices charged by third parties, all non-governmental processing, booking, or similar fees will be taken into account. These product prices should be accessible via an English language website and visible to the general public. Websites that withhold supplier or product details until after payment (including bidding websites) do not meet the criteria. The Best Price Guarantee does not cover products that require a call-back, those advertised solely through emails without public access websites, or products that involve vouchers, certificates, on-board credit, flash sales, discount buying clubs, or any other non-publicly available promotions.

The product price must be publicly accessible online and accurately displayed on an English-language website. The lower price cannot originate from a website requiring a phone call to obtain the price or from an email received by you. The price must be quoted, booked, and paid for in US dollars. Errors or mistakes in pricing are not considered lower prices.
All requests, including receipts, are subject to our verification process. We will not accept screenshots or other evidence of a lower price that cannot be independently confirmed by our customer service representatives. Additionally, we will not verify any request that we believe, at our sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error, is made fraudulently, or in bad faith.
Each Member Account is restricted to a maximum of five (5) Best Price Guarantee Claims per calendar month, regardless of the number of members using the account. Any modifications, changes, or cancellations made to an existing purchase or booking associated with a Best Price Guarantee Claim will result in the voiding of the Claim. The purchaser will be responsible for any applicable cancellation fees..
Vacation Credits under the Best Price Guarantee will be granted within fourteen (14) business days following the conclusion of your vacation, which includes Accommodations, Worldwide Tours, as well as any vacation add-ons like Car Rentals, Activities, Live Events and Golf. It's important to note that any cancellations or modifications made to an approved claim will result in the forfeiture of Vacation Credits, and we cannot be held responsible for issuing credits for claims submitted due to erroneous rate displays.
We retain the exclusive right, at our sole discretion, to alter or terminate the Best Price Guarantee or limit its accessibility to any individual, at any point, for any reason or without any reason, without prior notice or liability to you. Your eligibility for the Best Price Guarantee will be governed by the terms in effect at the time of your claim. The failure to enforce any provision of these Best Price Guarantee Terms does not waive our rights to enforce that provision at a later time.
The Best Price Guarantee applies exclusively to stand-alone products, such as individual hotel rooms or car rentals. It covers the exact same product purchased as a stand-alone item on another website, meaning it's not part of a bundled hotel + car package or any combination. Unless specified otherwise, this guarantee only pertains to the base cost, excluding taxes, service fees, and government or other charges, for standalone hotel, resort, or car bookings.
The Best Price Guarantee extends to Vacation Packages and Guided Vacations that combine various travel products. In these cases, the Product descriptions, package inclusions and exclusions, along with all taxes, service fees, and other charges, will be considered when determining if you've found a comparable Product and a lower rate/price.
These Best Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions are a part of and are integrated into your Program Terms and Conditions. If there is a conflict between these Best Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions and the Program
Terms and Conditions, the Program Terms and Conditions take precedence and will be governed by our sole discretion to resolve any discrepancies.
We retain the exclusive right to adjust, limit availability, or terminate the Best Price Guarantee. We can also modify these Best Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions at our discretion, without prior notice or liability to you. The eligibility for the Best Price Guarantee will be determined based on the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of your claim. Our failure to enforce any part of these Best Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions does not waive our rights. If a court finds any provision of these Terms and Conditions invalid or unenforceable, it will be removed while the rest of the Terms and Conditions remain in effect. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, individuals waive their right to claim any ambiguity.
All matters regarding the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Best Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions, as well as the rights and obligations of individuals and us, are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Puerto Rico. This applies without considering any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions. Disputes related to this Best Price Guarantee will be resolved through arbitration in San Juan Puerto Rico, following the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Dispute Resolution Rules and Procedures. The arbitration award may be enforced in any jurisdiction with the appropriate authority. This arbitration provision is self-executing, and if either party fails to appear at a scheduled arbitration proceeding, an award may still be issued against them.
By participating in the Best Price Guarantee, you agree that, to the extent permitted by applicable law:
(A) Any disputes, claims, or causes of action related to the Best Price Guarantee or any claim will be resolved individually, without resorting to class action;
(B) Any claims, judgments, and awards will be limited to actual third party, out-of-pocket costs incurred (if any), not exceeding ten dollars ($15.00). Attorneys' fees will not be awarded or recoverable;
(C) Under no circumstances will you be allowed to obtain any award for, and you knowingly and expressly waive all rights to seek, punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages, lost profits, or any other damages, except for actual out-of-pocket expenses not exceeding ten dollars ($15.00). You also waive any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; and
(D) Your remedies are limited to a claim for money damages (if any), and you irrevocably waive any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief.
